The Melbourne Early Career Development Program is a two year graduate program for the best and brightest graduates to become the next generation of managers and leaders for the University of Melbourne.
Over the two years, you will have three tailored eight-month rotations across a range of professional services to give you exposure to different functions of the University and assist you with finding out what work makes you thrive.
There will also be a structured and personalised development program which will be discussed in depth in your first week in the University with the targeted induction, leadership lunches and mentoring to accelerate your personal and professional development. This all helps to expand your networks and interact with fellow peers of the graduate cohort.
The University encourages graduates from all disciplines to apply, as the work is diverse across a number of professional service areas.
To be eligible, you must satisfy the following criteria:
- At minimum, a three year university undergraduate degree completed in 2015, 2016 or graduating in 2017
- Have ongoing work rights in Australia at the time of application
- A credit average of 65 or higher
