Brendan Cooling leads the Digital Experience and Marketing function at the University, overseeing all aspects of digital experience and marketing communications with specific responsibility for prospective students, alumni, donor and industry partners.
Brendan joined the University in early 2020 as Director, Digital Strategy and Channels and oversaw the digital transformation of the University’s communications and marketing activities as well as the integration and operationalisation of contemporary marketing technology.
Over the course of his career, Brendan has held marketing and digital leadership roles at high-profile brands including ANZ Bank, Telstra, O2, Virgin and British Airways leading and contributing to growth management teams and initiatives which have been recognised with multiple awards.
Brendan holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of York, a Diploma in Marketing from the CIM, a Professional Certificate in Product Management from MIT and is a Fellow of the Institute of Data and Marketing.
