Penny leads the monitoring and intelligence program that underpins the University's global reputation program. She provides strategic advice on reputational drivers at institutional and segment levels, positioning options to inform creative platforms, tests market responsiveness to campaigns, and drives executional alignment across the creative teams.
Penny began her career in London, holding senior brand, marketing and communications roles at GE Capital Europe, Deloitte, London Business School, and American Express. After 15 years abroad, she returned to Melbourne, taking positions at Deloitte, La Trobe University, Melbourne Business School, and Victoria's Department of Education and Training.
An alum of the University of Melbourne, Penny holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Marketing from Melbourne Business School.
