Prize draw terms and conditions of entry Shape My Campus survey, The University of Melbourne (Parkville)

Promoter. The University of Melbourne (ABN 84 002 705 224), Grattan Street, Parkville, Victoria 3010, Australia (“the University”). The draw is conducted on the University’s behalf by Campus Intuition Pty Ltd (ABN 59 661 804 440), Level 1 135 High St Fremantle WA 6160 ("Campus Intuition"), which administers the Shape My Campus survey.

Eligibility. Entry is open to currently enrolled the University of Melbourne students aged 18 or over, enrolled at University of Melbourne, attending the Parkville campus and residing in Victoria. The University of Melbourne and Campus Intuition staff involved in running the survey, and their immediate families are not eligible.

How to enter. Complete the Shape My Campus survey and submit your contact details at the end. Entry is free, and only one entry per person is valid. Before the draw, Campus Intuition will remove duplicate or incomplete entries, and any entries it reasonably identifies as automated or fraudulent.

Entry period. Entries open at 08:00am October 15 2026 AEDT and close at 11:59pm November 8 2026 AEDT. If response rate is low, Campus Intuition may extend the closing date, to no later than November 24 2026 11:59pm. Any extension will be announced on the survey page before the original closing date. Entries already received stay in the draw.

Prizes. The total prize pool is $1,000 AUD: 5 prizes of $200. Each prize is a prepaid Mastercard with no fees, delivered by email at no cost to the winner. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. If a prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside the University’s control, a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted.

Draw. Campus Intuition will conduct the draw on November 16 2026 at 12pm AWST (or, if the entry period is extended, at December 1 2026 at 12pm AWST) at Level 1, 135 High St Fremantle WA 6160 by random electronic selection that gives every valid entry an equal chance. Entrants do not need to be present.

Notification and delivery. Campus Intuition will provide the winners’ names and contact details to the University within 2 days of the draw. The University will notify winners in writing by email and deliver prizes within 28 days of the draw.

Unclaimed prizes. If a winner cannot be contacted or has not responded by 14 days after the draw (Nov 30, 12pm 2026 AWST or Dec 15 12pm 2026 AWST if extended), a redraw will take place on December 16, 12pm 2026 AWST at Level 1, 135 High St Fremantle WA 6160. Redraw winners will be passed to the University, and winners notified by email and paid within 28 days of the redraw.

Publication of winners. No prize exceeds $1,000, so winners' names will not be published.

Privacy. Your contact details are collected by Campus Intuition only to run this draw. They are stored separately from your survey responses. Only winners’ names and contact details are passed to the University, solely to notify winners and deliver prizes They will be kept securely for three years, as required by the Gambling Regulation Act 2003 (Vic), then deleted. Data is managed according to our privacy policy.
