Statement 2 - Categories of documents
The University creates a large number of documents and records in the course of its work. The University uses a variety of electronic document and records management systems to classify, store, access and manage a broad range of electronic and hard copy documents.
Document types
The types of documents maintained by the University include:

- Documents supplied to the University by an external organisation or individual;
