Dr Bianca Araujo is an arts and cultural management professional with over 20 years of global experience. With a passion for inclusive and transformative arts, she has led over 130 projects in music, theatre, dance, festivals, education, and visual arts. She holds a BA in Performing Arts (Directing), a Master’s in Arts Marketing, and two PhDs – one in Arts Management and one in Business, with a focus on arts governance. Bianca combines academic expertise with practical leadership and is deeply committed to cultural equity and LGBTQIA+ representation in creative governance. Currently based at the University of Melbourne, she teaches and researches arts governance, marketing, and cultural policy. Her work bridges continents, communities and disciplines.
