Forty-three University of Melbourne researchers have been named in the Clarivate annual global list of Highly Cited Researchers.

The researchers have been acknowledged for their world leading research in diverse areas such as Agricultural Sciences, Biology and Biochemistry, Clinical Medicine, Environment and Ecology, Immunology, Microbiology, Neuroscience and Behaviour, and Psychiatry and Psychology.

A Highly Cited Researcher is an individual who has demonstrated significant and broad influence in their field or fields of research.

The University of Melbourne HCR are among nearly 7,000 individual researchers from 67 countries and regions who have been recognised for their exceptional influence in their fields.
