University of Melbourne researchers named among global Highly Cited Researchers

Thirty-eight University of Melbourne researchers and honoraries have been named in the Clarivate annual global list of Highly Cited Researchers.

Researchers have been acknowledged for their world-leading research across fields and disciplines such as agricultural sciences, immunology and neuroscience.

A Highly Cited Researcher is an individual who has demonstrated significant and broad influence in their  fields  of research.

The University of Melbourne HCR are among nearly 6,636 individual researchers from 59 countries and regions who have been recognised for their exceptional influence.

David Pendlebury, Head of Research Analysis at the Institute for Scientific Information at Clarivate said: “The Highly Cited Researchers list identifies and celebrates exceptional individual researchers at the University of Melbourne whose significant and broad influence in their fields translates to impact in their research community.
