- TGD Safer Community Program - support and services for trans and gender diverse staff and students
- UniMelb CAPS – LGBTQIA+ Counselling and Support
- Queer affirming chaplains - part of the broader support network of the University and fill the care gap between formal counselling and a person’s normal support networks (eg family and friends)
- Trans Health Research – A research group creating resources for the trans and gender diverse communities

- Thorne Harbour Health - Counselling, peer, and community support for the local LGBTIQA+ community in the areas of HIV, trans and gender diverse health, mental health, alcohol and other drugs, and relationship and family violence.
