How to complete the survey
We want to hear from you about what matters to you about your campus experience and help us decide what comes next.

Why we’re asking for your feedback
We run the Shape your Campus survey every three years to maintain a consistent understanding of how student experiences evolve. This regular feedback is directly used to shape campus facilities and improve your experience.
Your feedback matters
Since the last survey, we have made the following changes based on your helpful feedback:
- Affordable food: you asked for more affordable food options, so we launched Campus Canteens at Parkville and Southbank in 2025, serving fresh, nutritious meals for just $5, from breakfast to dinner.
- Campus navigation: you explained that the campus can be tricky to navigate, so we’re working exploring new ways to make our campuses easier to access, navigate, and enjoy through a wayfinding signage pilot.
- Study furniture: you said study furniture matters, so we ran a study at Baillieu Library, and the findings are already helping shape furniture choices in informal study spaces across campus.
