Ms Nadia Carlin

Nadia Carlin is PwC’s former Chief Risk Officer and a member of the Executive Board.  Nadia has also served as a member of PwC’s Assurance Leadership Team, responsible for Assurance Transformation, and led the Energy, Utilities and Mining business unit. Nadia is also a former PwC Governance Board member.

Nadia has more than 30 years experience providing external and internal audit services to public and private companies in Australia, across a diverse range of industries and business models. Industries have included services, retail and consumer, technology, media, energy and mining.

Nadia is also an Advisor to the Trustees of the Edwin and Marion Flack Charitable Trust.

Nadia is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Melbourne University. Nadia is married with two teenage children.
