Finding the right employees for your organisation can be a resource-intensive and competitive process. The Careers and Employability team can connect you with our talented students and recent graduates who bring a depth of knowledge and skills, and the flexibility to adapt to the changing world of work.

Whether you want to build brand awareness, promote opportunities to distinct disciplines or explore new and creative ways to find talent, we’re here to help. We have a range of engagement programs for employers, including virtual and on-campus careers fairs, digital promotions, and interactive student events.

Our graduates are global citizens, prized by employers worldwide for their broad knowledge base and advanced research capabilities. Students develop critical thinking, problem-solving, communication and leadership skills through classroom projects, co-curricular initiatives and industry-based learning. Our students contribute meaningfully to the workplace from day one. Join us in fostering a community where education seamlessly integrates with real-world impact!

Our unique Melbourne Curriculum

Our degrees work a little differently than most in Australia. The Melbourne Curriculum is similar to top international universities, offering dynamic and flexible teaching that gives students a wider understanding of the world beyond their degree. Students complete an undergraduate degree in a general area, with both a major and breadth subjects. They can also choose to specialise further with a graduate degree.

After a three-year undergraduate degree, students can enter the workforce with a solid foundation and career-ready skills or continue their journey via one of our 400 specialist graduate degrees, or in graduate research.
