Employing international graduates
International graduates contribute valuable cross-cultural perspective and diversity to the workforce.
International graduates are an untapped pool of highly skilled and motivated job candidates. As graduates, they are high achievers, quick to learn and able to offer multicultural insights and multilingual skills to the Australian labour market. In addition, they contribute over $31 billion into the Australian economy annually – yet international graduates only account for around 0.7 per cent of Australia's labour force.
