Professor Muthupandian Ashokkumar
The Assistant DVC International (India) works with the DVC International on international strategy and relationships with India.
Professor Muthupandian Ashokkumar (Ashok) has responsibility for international strategy and relationships with India. Prior to his current position, Ashok was the Associate Dean International (ADI) in the Faculty of Science from 2013 to 2017. During his ADI tenure, he helped to establish Melbourne India Postgraduate Program (MIPP), Melbourne India Postgraduate Academy (MIPA) and the BSc Blended program, involving partner institutions across India. He has served on a number of University of Melbourne management committees and scientific advisory boards of external scientific organisations.
