A'bidah is the Queer Officer at the University of Melbourne Student Union, and an Arts student majoring in Media & Communications and Politics & International Studies. As Queer Officer, A'bidah's role is to create a safe and activist space for Queer identifying students at the university. Her role on the committee is to ensure that university students are heard and involved in the Network's campaigns, events and activities. Outside of the University, A'bidah is a writer and creative and has co-founded a multi-media company meant to support queer and PoC artists around the world.
