Ethan is an HR Consultant working in the COO/Chancellery Portfolio. He has experience in recruitment, employee relations, and workforce planning, and is also a member of the MDHS Faculty’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee. Ethan is passionate about LGBTQIA+ inclusion and creating workplaces where everyone can thrive. He is excited to bring his HR expertise and lived experience to the Pride in Action Network, and to help shape events and initiatives that support staff and students across the University. Outside of work, Ethan loves hiking, outdoor adventures, and exploring new places! He is always planning for the next holiday away.
