International opportunities
In keeping with the increasingly global focus of the higher education sector, we are continually extending our international outreach.
The Chancellery International Relations team helps the University form global partnerships and bilateral agreements with international universities and other organisations. Through these relationships we develop collaborations and international mobility opportunities for students and staff.
International engagement and global impact
Through the goals set in Growing Esteem 2015–2020, we are strengthening our international engagement and increasing our global impact and standing. Global impact is about the reach of ideas, and nurturing our students to become graduates who are ‘citizens of the world’.
The aim of our international strategy is to reinforce links with leading global universities through joint research, partnership endeavours and student experiences. Through our strategy, we will raise our profile in Asia and build on existing relationships through dedicated interfaces, such as Asialink, Asia Institute and the Australia India Institute.
