Key services include industry partnership and business development, grants, contracts, ethics and integrity, knowledge and technology transfer, innovation, commercialisation and researcher capability development.

Student and Scholarly Services provides student administration and services from recruitment and point of enquiry to graduation. This team also delivers wellbeing and scholarly services to students and staff.

The Pro Vice-Chancellor (Systems Innovation) works with senior members of the University of Melbourne community in the formulation and oversight of policies regarding data governance and digital innovation for the University.

The Director, Operations Strategy and Planning manages the Office of the COO and coordinates COO Portfolio planning, projects, change management and communications. The Director supports the COO as leader of University operations and is responsible for operations planning and governance, and the provision of advice on matters relating to the University’s operating and shared services models.
